FFF run fantastic Health Camps, using unique delivery methods to create an impact, life altering experience, for everyone who attends.

Health education Students learn about how to lead and maintain a realistic healthy lifestyle, with exercises and other forms of physical activity. When to exercise, the different forms of exercises and the benefits they have on the different parts of the body. Fitness testing and body image We establish a start point in each individual which gives us the opportunity to set realistic goals. We work towards setting targets to achieve these goals after the programme finishes and provide information and guidance on how to maintain their training. Positive mental development and confidence building ensures that participants look forward to meeting their goals and improving their way of life. Various exercise sessions The variety of sessions gives the participants a wide choice of activities they can continue with when the programme is finished. This includes Circuit Training/ Relaxation and Stretch/ Body Conditioning/ Weight Training (light training to tine the muscles using gym equipment) and boxercise work. Nutritional advice and question and answer sessions The instructors are all there to answer questions and provide individual advice on healthy eating / portion size/ food types/ balanced diet examples/ FFF guide to a healthy body. |
